City of Hot Springs, No. 13-1772 (May 12, 2014) (affirming decision in case claiming violations of Family Medical Leave Act, Title II of the ADA, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, but finding that district court abused its discretion by finding that employee was not entitled to liquidated damages under the FMLA).
